The Greedy Dog and his Reflection

Once upon a time there was a dog lived in a small village. It was so cute so that everyone offers him some food. One day the dog was passing through the backyard of a house. Someone feed him a piece of bone. He picked it up and ran to a lonely corner. He sat there and began to chew the bone. He felt tired. So, he dropped the bone and slept there itself.

After sometime he woke up and take the bone with his mouth. He felt thirsty. So he ran up to nearby river. There was a bridge over the river. While it was walking in the corner it saw his own reflection on the water. The greedy dog thought that there was another dog with a bone. He wanted that too. He began to bark.

The bone in his mouth fell down into the river. The dog lost his bone and felt sorry. He left that place and went to the village with hungry.

Moral: Greed leads to grief.
